As my signiture states 8 long, 6.5 around. I like to meassure modestly, on a
super hard day I can get up to 9 long, and the head is often bigger than 6.5 around.

Soft...
I'm around 4.5 to 5.5 long, and about 5 around, it fluctuates of course.
