Hey guys,
i'm fascinated by the vaginal corona (or hymen) and if its change in shape is related to penetration at all. (This is not a thread that glorifies virginity, just an interesting aspect about female anatomy).
While most of the people still believe in themyth that the first time sex damages the hymen, scientific evidence shows the opposite: The little tissue that couldn’t – dispelling myths about the Hymen’s role in determining sexual history and assault
Forensic studies of the hymen show that 90% of abused victims (that were penetrated) don't show changes that are indicative of penetration (such as tears).
A study of sexual active women shows that just 4% have a hymen without any tears, while most of them have one tear and some multiple tears (most of them after first baby).

Why are there such differences? Is the morphology maybe totally unrelated to sexual activity and only changes with age? Does it need very girthy penisses to change the appearance of the hymen? The total amount of penetration?
What do you think?
