Well without questioning your own measurements, assuming he's 6" thickness than that's nearly an inch thicker than you - which is very substantial, especially when it comes to sheer thickness and appearance. I do agree wholeheartedly with your second sentence.
The part I bolded isn't true at all though. Despite a lot of people on that thread fudging their measurements pretty severely, there were also people who had legit 8" measuring photos (myself included). So while I do agree with you that 8x6 is very big anywhere and that there are certainly not very many people that are bigger than that, I wouldn't give the guy in the video so much credit as to say that he was the "biggest I'd ever seen" and/or "hadn't seen very many as big or bigger".
