Hello and thank you for giving the Priapus Shot attention on the forum. I've done the shot to others and to myself now for about 8 weeks and will be happy to report the results thus far:
I did put the qualifier "if" in the page you read (I also do my own website) because as a physician and as a person--ethically--I refuse to claim that anything works all of the time in everyone--because nothing does.
On the other hand, the worst case scenario with this is that you have a bruise and nothing else happens.
There are those who inject saline (which you know)--which has the same risk ratio (practically zero) but there are no growth factors involved.
The side effect of this shot should be better function, harder erections that come faster, because the growth factors from the platelet rich fibrin matrix stimulate unipotent stem cells to make new tissue and new blood vessels--and that's what's happened with me (I injected myself first) and with most of my patients. Two have not followed the full procedure that I recommended and have not seen the same results but we still have not reached the 12 week point where growth peaks.
I have not done 1,000 injections yet--so I have no accurate statistics on the amount of growth. Also, I've only been doing the procedure now for about 8 weeks. In the face, we know from close to 100,000 injections world-wide that there will be continued growth for at least 12 weeks. So, the degree of return to function and firmness in those with diabetes remains to be seen since I have not patients who were injected that long ago.
Bottom Line:
It's a new procedure that is safe (there has NEVER been a serious reaction to this when put into the face) but the degree of increase in size and firmness will vary from person to person.
I gained 1 and 1/4 solid inches in length in 4 weeks and that seems to be the rule so far.
To stay up to date with this, you can subscribe to the newsletter on my web page.
Thank you again for discussing the procedure here. I realize this is a thoughtful group out to take care of each other and keep each other informed with no bull allowed. So, that's about as straight as I can tell it.
It also helps the understanding of the procedure if you read the research that has already been published using similar techniques in animal penises and in the faces of people (also posted at the website which you can find at priapusshot.com/priapus
