Know anyone who had a makeover whose life actually changed? Have you had one?

Does your external appearance really make that much a difference in your life?

Don't people just naturally revert to what they were before the makeover?

Do you need a makeover? What would you do?

I could use a life changing makeover, but I don't think such is really possible.

I think I need a bit of a makeover. Some new, less conservative clothes to match my weight loss would do me just fine.

Viking, you open for some makeover suggestions from some of the LPSG stylists here?

Suggestions, yes. Whether I'd make them reality or not, I don't know...

I've gradually improved my appearance over the years, I'd say. If it were to have happened all at once, I thin it'd have a big effect. I'll assume you're talking about makeovers like they did in that reality show The Swan, where they'd get surgery, and a personal trainer, and all that. I think that can defnitely affect a person.

People often put forth the reason that actually looking better doesn't do anything, it's just the person's newfound confidence affecting their behaviour and thus getting a positive response. I think that's just wishful thinking, especially when it comes to attracting a mate.

As far as my own makeover, the only thinkg I'd ask to be magically changed is my blackheads. GET OUT OF MY FACE.

Yes your external appearance definitely makes a difference, if you're pretty people are nicer to you, some people say this might make you too full of yourself, I believe if people are nice to you it gives you a chance to be nice back.
