I'd have to agree with your conclusion, but maybe not your reasoning. Here's my thinking. If the pressure pushing the cum out is the same, then a smaller guy would have it come out faster (less friction along the walls of the tube). However, I think bigger guys generally also have more pressure to compensate. Whether that pressure makes up for the length or not depends on the person, but there are probably physical limits to how big of a pressure you can build up without hurting yourself.

The misconception of bigger guys shooting futher probably comes from porn, where the guys more likely excercise those muscles alot more.
