Math is a bit subjective on this. I'm guessing most of us are somewhat tapered tho I have seen all shapes. Mine is 5.5 right behind the glans and the goes to just a little over 6 at the base ( at it's fullest) so if I just go with 5.75 that gives me a 39. As long as wifey keeps getting off so well with it, I'm happy!

then pi*r squared * length= volume
