I just got drowned! Twice. I went to the post office (<100 yards away) and then the bank (<200 yards away). Its fuckin bad. I hate global warming...in my day... And I have to go back to the post office at some point today  Anyone else in the UK not like the tropical weather?
If we're going to be tropical when are we going to get some steamy hot weather? I don't like the constant rain, I hate umbrellas so if it's raining and I have to go out I know I'm going to get soaked through.
Well I'm not in the UK, so I can't speak on the monsoons, but if you can send some rain this way it would greatly be appreciated.
Tropical storm is what I meant. I went back to the post office when it stopped raining. I'm staying in now. I have no hood on any of my coats either...*sigh* I did see a guy with a Royal Bank of Scotland umbrella today though. Wonders never cease
Not this bad though. All day. Non stop. Usually there's a break in the showers. Not today. It was beltin it down
I was stuck in Strattford-Upon-Avon several years ago in a similar rain storm that flooded a big part of that area. Actually, I was there for over two weeks that time and I can't remember it not raining. It must have been early November.
Hmm maybe its worse there (is that quite far north...my geography sux)...we didn't get floods here so this is our turn for the bad weather
