They measure flaccid stretched length and then they did (non-bone pressed erect length) and also bone pressed erect length. And they measured girth at midshaft. Amazingly they even give the range of penises, so you can know the biggest one they measured.

Here are the records in this survey of 80 men.

erect length non bone pressed: 7.5 inches
erect length bone pressed: 8.25 inches
erect girth: 6.3 inches.


and the averages:

erect length non bone pressed: 5.1 inches
erect length bone pressed: 6.2 inches
erect girth: 4.85 inches

The study was very scientific and included people from several races.

Yes, to get the values in inches, take the measurements in cm and divide each one by 2.54. For example: 12.9 cm = (12.9/2.54) inches = 5.1 inches.

That sounds about right

Flaccid stretched length is usually about 1/2" +/- erect length.
