I was working on a table saw and had the worse kick back happen and a board hit me right above the dick at about 100 mph (exaggeration). The next day I was black and blue, above the dick, shaft and balls plus everything was pretty swollen. I went in to get checked out, as I was a walk in, it was first available.

Of course I get the slightly older, hot female Doc and she had a young nurse come in as well. I drop trow and she’s examining everything and lifting squeezing, “does this hurt etc”. I chub up a little bit even though it hurt some, I was just saying in my head “ don’t get hard , don’t get hard”. Her prognoses was that everything was fine, just bruising and to just watch it. I recover and I’m walking out I see my reflection and I looked like an apple I was beet red. Don’t know if it was from embarrassment or concentration!

I've shared this before. When I was in my late 20s I pulled a groin muscle and a lump popped out in my groin. I used a university clinic which rotated GPs and drew a young female resident that day. She had me hold my junk to the side while she palpitated the lump. She determined it was a swollen lymph node agitated by the pull and prescribed an NSAID and no sports/exercise for a month.

I got fully erect during the exam and was extremely embarrassed. I apologized many times. She said not to worry about it. Later I found she had written her home phone number on the back of her business card. I called her. A month later we hooked up and had an affair for the rest of the summer.

I had to go back to my Urologist because I was having complications from Testopel implants. I had a know on my hip, where the pellets were placed and it was sore as hell. He came in and rubbed my butt, where the lump was. He thought everything was fine since I had no redness or oozing.
He then asked me to turn around and let him feel my lymph glands in my groin. He had his hand on my left groin with my penis laying on his hand the whole time he was doing the exam. Nothing sexual or anything but it just felt strange that he let it rest on his hand the whole time. He wants to check the lymph gland in two weeks, since there was some swelling. At least I'll know what to expect next time.
I'm sure he thought nothing about it, since he handles hundreds of dicks on a weekly basis. To him it was just another day at the office. It was just me

Well, woo-effing-hoo.

Met with my primary urologist this last week to review the results from my appointment with the specialist. No real news other than there was no need for surgery, which was fantastic news in my opinion.

My primary urologist asked how the pain from the varicocele in my left testicle was doing, and I repeated what I'd told him a dozen times: it hurts. (It's like a tight rubber band squeezing just above the nut itself.) I told him I was worried because I was having the same sensations in the right side, around the same spot.

So he's scheduled a bilateral testicular ultrasound - my sixth in the last two decades, I think.

And my next appointment at his office he's planning a cytoscopy.
