It's the letter you send to the folks who didn't make it. Nicely put, it stands for "Please Fly Off".
(Which by the way, is not the connotation that we feel -- I really did appreciate the enthusiastic response we got and enjoyed reading the ideas that people had to share with us.)

Not at all. I'm hoping that people will post their nominations and motivate some quality members into applying--members who otherwise wouldn't.
Most of the people that I chose when I started this thread eventually became moderators. How is that pot-stirring?
I think that Mr. Snakey was the only person who I didn't choose because he seemed too nice. The same went for Chuck. I've since realized that one can never be "too" nice.
