The New Year's Day hangover thread

A sort-of medium level of debauchery achieved by yours truly last night (and early this AM).

Hangover level at 33%. A Bloody Mary would take me quickly to baseline.

I concur. about 30% remaining. Champagne is perfume going in and sewage coming out. A big breakfast and white wine has staved off the worst of it...

Funny, I only had one beer, and plenty of water with it. But I am in a hungover state an entire pot of coffee is not denting.

Any suggestions?

Lots of water or Gatorade. A nice, big breakfast to put your body back into balance. Eggs, sausage, fried potatoes are good.

They say "Hair of the Dog" is actually not good for you, neither are painkillers. They only slow your body's metabolism of alcohol, and draw out or postpone the agony.
