That doesn't necessarily prove anything. Prisoners go there for a variety of reasons. His scenes are only a few months old. It would take longer than a few months for him to have full blown aids and display the physical toll of AIDS. The time between his last scene and the date of his offense a couple months ago simply isn't enough time, even if he became infected right after his last scene. His weight is still listed as 180, so he's at roughly the same weight hes always been. The only thing you have to go off of is grainy footage of him in motion and him being in the infirmary.

yea. he got charged with burglary, not rape, or any of the other assumptions that u see on this forum. But the MAIN reason he's locked up is because he violated parole. Had he not been on parole, and committed the same crime, he wouldnt have been locked up for long.

Reason he didnt get charge with assault was because A) there was never much of an assault and B) the lady who he followed in the building is actually as a lady he knows/a lady that wont press charges for the "grope".

You do realize that burglary 1st degree does include either assault or using a deadly weapon? So yes, the assault is part of the charges.
