"First degree burglary is a class B felony, punishable by one to 25 years and a fine."

His bail permission status still appears as "remanded". Next court date is January the 17th.
Btw: in New York burglary 1st degree carries a minimum term of 5 years imprisonment, up to 25 years. Given his history I doubt we will see him anytime soon.

yea. he got charged with burglary, not rape, or any of the other assumptions that u see on this forum. But the MAIN reason he's locked up is because he violated parole. Had he not been on parole, and committed the same crime, he wouldnt have been locked up for long.

Reason he didnt get charge with assault was because A) there was never much of an assault and B) the lady who he followed in the building is actually as a lady he knows/a lady that wont press charges for the "grope".

Currently, Julio is in protective custody. Why? because his porn work is now very we'll known....and Men in prison probably want his cock or butt hole. Julio is arguably one of the most interesting male talents Blacked has ever filmed, but he's also the most idiotic.
The main reason he has been locked up is the seriousness of his alleged crime. Parole or not, if he's convicted of burglary 1st degree he in fact will be locked up for a very long time. Being on parole means nothing in this case. So you understand the seriousness of his alleged crime: a class B felony has a maximum prison term of 25 years or more. Simple burglary is a class D felony. That's a fucking huge difference.

Burglary: Charges, Penalties, and Sentencing

"New York

Burglary in the third degree is a class D felony, punishable by one to seven years in prison and a fine up to $5,000.

Burglary in the second degree is a class C felony, punishable by one to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000. First degree burglary is a class B felony, punishable by one to 25 years and a fine."

However, I agree with you. he's very likely to be locked up for a long time and I cannot see him getting out of prison before he's forty something years old...

So is his porn career over? Maybe. Some pornstars are still in the game in their 50's if they take care of themselves...then again, he's not very trustworthy.

You do realize that burglary 1st degree does include either assault or using a deadly weapon? So yes, the assault is part of the charges.

Sexual assault was what was put out by the media, which are separate charges, that he wasnt changed with. Had the lady pressed charges for sexual assault, he would have had another charge on top of the charge that he was hit with, which wouldve put him in an even worse position. Like I mentioned before, he knows the Woman, hence the reason she's not pressing charges.

As for the length....minimum 5 years....max 25. If he gets closer to the max, it would fall in accord with him being on parole, his criminal history etc. HAD HE NOT BEEN ON PAROLE, and had a good lawyer, he couldve gotten closer to the minimum.

But thats neither here nor there. Im not counting him time.....nor am i really concerned with how long he's in jail. I just wanted to update the people who asked. Whereas you seem to be going on full force digging up legal laws to prove nothing.

Julio is now gone...you can move on with life....lol

You said assault wasn't part of the charges. I said assault is included in burglary 1st degree.
Of course laws prove nothing. What the hell are you even talking about. I even said "alleged" crime several times. Lots of yaddayadda without a reason.

Unfortunately you're right and I was wrong. It seems we won't see him for a very long time...(if we actually see him again)

Well he can always make some money off a book about what in the fuck he was thinking and why he did this to himself. I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering. Sad.

what im typing (not talking) about is you not knowing exactly what he was found guilty of. Assault being part of a 1st degree burglary doent mean he was charged with assault.

the main issue seems to be people thinking he attacked a Woman. hence the reason Blacked cut ties. But theres no charge charge saying he assaulted a Woman, only a bunch of assumption.s What part of that cant u get through your brain?

Like I mentioned before...he knows the lady....and there was no real "assault", hence the reason he wasnt charged with assault.

But yeah...anyways....GL to Julio!

He was not found guilty of ANYTHING. He is charged with burglary 1st degree. What's so hard to understand? Don't you even know the difference??
(won't even comment on the nonsense typing/talking since it's stupid af)
Assault being part of a 1st degree burglary doent mean he was charged with assault.
It means EXACTLY that the assault was part of the charges. Else it would not be 1st but 2nd or 3rd degree.

The charges are EXACTLY that. Part of the charges IS the assault on the woman. That's no assumption.
Like I mentioned before...he knows the lady....and there was no real "assault", hence the reason he wasnt charged with assault.

He IS charged with burglary 1st degree. Holy cow. That means the assault is part of the charges. Get that in your head instead of talking about what people seem to think. The charges are something we KNOW for sure. The only one making assumptions is actually you. But you made it very clear talking to you is like talking to a brick wall so I won't bother anymore.

Honestly, I was wondering the same thing. It certainly appears to be him. I am not sure how he could possibly be maintaining and updating a twitter account (or any social media for that matter) if he has been locked up all this time. Either he is out of jail and back online, or this is just a fan account of his (which I highly doubt). Take it with a grain of salt, but according to a reply from a recent post on his twitter account, he claims to be out of jail.

I have also had trouble finding any updates on his legal situation. Anyone with any updates or news to share would be appreciated. Last I heard, it sounded like he was in pretty serious legal trouble and possibly going away for a very long time.
