The other day I started an edging session and within a couple of minutes I shot out a spurt of what looks like cum before my usual spurts of pre. I think you are milking your prostate without physically milking it.
Precum is clear as you know, but if you go to an urologist for a prostate exam and he/she are milking it to draw a sample you have condition then it sometimes have the consistent and colour as yours. I have milked myself cause my urologist told me to do this due to condition I have and the precum had that colour. It's perfectly normal when you get a firmer pressure on the prostate.

By edging a lot and often and by rubbing/touching the glans a lot will involuntary stimulate the prostate, resulting in prostate juice.

That's my experience of it.
