No one every answers this thoroughly, so let's see if I can do something a little different this time.
Contrary to what a lot of people seem to think, anal intercourse (when done correctly) should be pleasurable for both partners. A good top can make it fun even for a virgin bottom, but there are things a prospective bottom can do before being fucked that will make it a lot easier for both of you -- no matter how much experience the top has.
