Don't waste your time.

BigAl from PE Gym says that the best condition to gain is in which your Erectile Quality is at optimum. This is why most beginner routines ranging from the Linear Newbie Routine (ThundersPlace), to DLD's Newbie Routine (MoS) and Jon Pop 90 Day Routine all have jelqs and kegels as they both improve EQ. The stretching in these beginner routines is to mainly loosen your ligs for more advanced stretching; the jelqing and kegels are to improve EQ and overall blood flow to the penis.

You have to do the beginner phase. It is really easy to injure your penis and just as easy to overstrain your pelvic floor. Even the minor injuries are scary to deal with. Trust me, I'd know. Do the beginner phase.

Expect to see substantial gains about a year into this, some gain quickly andmost don't.

If you want to make gains without wasting your time, do your research and join a real PE forum to find proper support. Do any of those 3 routines I listed above for your newbie phase which is about 3-4 months. Then you should find a more advanced routine through which you will make most of your substantial gains from.

1. Pick a newbie routine (JP90, LNR, DLD's Newbie Routine)

2. Do that routine for 3-4 months; make sure to do your warm up, your kegels and reverse kegels

3. Pick an advanced routine after finishing newbie routine (if you have a Bathmate you can do DLD's 5x5 routine OR if you want to stay with the hands-on approach you can give Big Al's Advanced Jelq Free routine a try).

4.Keep your Erectile health at its best and you will cement your gains

5. At the end of a year, and if you gain substantially after following my advice, feel free to pay me a few thousand dollars
