Hey, if a Hollywood actor can play the President of the United States for 8 years and get away with it, why not a fake prince for California's Governor?

And if a community organizer with zero experience can get elected POTUS solely on lies and misdirection, they why not give a shot at Cal Governor regardless of background?

Yeah, but Germany doesn't like him one bit. They thought he was a flake to begin with all the media attention he gotten over the years.

He's just one of the many idiots in the gubernatorial race.

Prinz von Anhalt is no less noble than the German speaking aristocracy. Of course the Germans hate him, they hate anyone who isn't kennel bred. Germany abolished nobility and titles in 1919, yet (unlike Austria where princes call themselves Mr) these feudal junkers and former Nazi supporters use their titles illegally. The Ratzinger mob will do more arm in California - if they could - than some boring socialite.

I am not sure how he is a prince. But do you remeber when this douche was saying these hot girls robbed him and left him tied up nude in the car. Then when the media came...he got undressed and had himself tied up and got back in the car so they could photograph him as he demostrated the pose. What fun the world is...

Um, no. Use of regal titles are still 100% legal, as long as they're part of a family lineage. They just carry zero legal authority.

Yeah, but he was adopted in 1980 by Princess Marie Auguste of Anhalt.....he had no blood relations at all. He is just someone that was lucky to born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Nothing more. Nothing less. If he wasn't, he would have been a nobody.

He's no bigger a joke as a gubernatorial candidate than Meg Whitman.

And I'd probably vote for him before I voted for her.

Really? I thought his marriage to Zsa Zsa Gabor was all a joke...knowing him, he would probably bleed California dry again with his spending before the state suffers with another governor from a foreign country. But then again, Germany doesn't want him and doesn't care about him at all. He is not really well liked in his hometown, you know.
