I watched the show myself and then checked the E-bay auction, it was indeed Jenna Jameson on both. Sounds like it's the in thing to do for porn stars "getting your flaps trimmed".

The question is why they felt bad about themselves to begin with. If they're basing their self-worth on how closely they resemble porn stars "down there," something tells me they may have other issues which aren't going to be fixed (so to speak) so easily.
