It seems like the problem is that you're TRYING to orgasm, and you're probably becoming very tense and disappointed when you fail to get off, and this carries over to the next try and the next try. . . A lot of guys can't get off from vibration, so this is probably a personal thing and you shouldn't feel bad about it.
Are you absolutely sure you're hitting your prostate? It can be hard to find at first, but you can always tell when you start leaking precum. When I hit that point, I stay completely still for a few minutes and let myself relax. Then, I start to slowly run the pad of my index finger back and forth over it, and if you were to see or hear me, it'd be really obvious that i'm enjoying it.
