The real Cancun

For those who have seen the movie "The Real Cancun" there is another one that I am looking for. It is very similar to the Real Cancun but it's cast has little people who suppose to be hung in it. I have seen it on a preview a while ago so it should be out of DVD by now. Can anyone help me? What is the name of it? I know it but can't remember the name of it.

Maybe some of you have seen it or know what I am talking about.
