He explained what happened to his lips one time on his InstaStories. Apparently he had an accident when he was a kid which caused major scarring and deformed the shape of his lips. He was consulting with a doctor and doing a treatment to try and improve the scar. But the doctor said she could only improve the texture and fill in the gap, but the damaged tissue could not be repaired.
