What are CSR's and why are they important?
What are the community rating differences between the ACA and the BRCA? It that is too hard what is a community rating?
Was the Cruz Amendment a one or two risk pool plan, explain?
What is a "high risk pool" and how does it work?
What does "block granting" medicaid accomplish?
No googling. I'm merely a nurse and can asnwer all of them off of the top of my head.

In our system, trained nurses don't "wipe assholes" nearly as often as they save lives. They are present in the hospital as the eyes and ears of us physicians who breeze through once or twice daily. In the interval, their observations and conclusions save lives. End of story.

I can't predict the future, but I suspect McCain will be remembered as an exceptionally principled politician and, yes, a hero if any of that species are currently sitting in Congress.
Trump will be remembered as history's most classic (and tragic) example of the Peter Principle.

CBO: If Trump cuts off CSR payments, insurers will raise premiums by 20% or leave the market entirely. It would also increase the deficit by $194billion dollars.
