Republican House, Republican Senate, Republican President 1, 2, 3, govern................
There is no coherent Republican healthcare plan. There is a bill passed by the House which has approximately zero chance of passing the Senate for many reasons, chief among them the Meadows-MacArthur amendment.
And the various proposals in the Senate had widely disparate provisions, none viable obviously.
Here's one for you. Do you see any flaws in PPACA? If yes, what are they and what fix would you propose?
I gotta run jump on a plane, but more later. We might actually find the second thing we agree on.

Says the man who has shown no command of ANY of the issues regarding the healthcare debate of 2017. You are not alone. No one from the right wing on LPSG has shown any knowledge of actual healthcare policy. The ACA has a 1:3 community rating. All republican plans have a 1:5 community rating. How will that effect premiums?
What is the Republican healthcare plan and why do you support it?(I'm smarter than a lot of Doctors)How can anyone have any debate or discussion with you when all you do is post news articles and talk about how dumb and unknowledgeable anyone who disagrees with you is? For fucks sake, you are talking to a Doctor and telling him you are smarter because you are a freaking nurse. You are delusional.

I knew you would deflect a POLICY discussion. Have a nice day. What is YOUR plan Mr. Nurse?

Chirping.
It is remarkable how you use English words but you aren't really speaking English. Why do you post with such odd formatting, sentence structure and grammar? Is English not your first language (serious question)?
The great and mighty moderator, Industrialsize, has unfortunately ran out of news articles. Oh well.
At least he's sticking to his (lack of) principles.

What with it being mandatory, enforced by the IRS and now years in place, do we really think we need advertising to inform purchase decisions?
Given how much is spent on advertising to inform just about every other purchase decision--some of which, if not mandatory, are pretty indispensable--I'm not sure why healthcare should be the exception.
If this purchase decision is driven by advertising, one might assume those standing to profit from it (Aetna, UHC, BCBS, etc) would do whatever they thought would effectively encourage the purchase (ie they'd advertise). And in fact, they do and they're good at it. Not a government function or particular skill.
