Hi yes it gets much better and easier with time and age. No more soreness, or pricking, just a normal no pain feeling. nice to get used to.

I am 67, masturbate more than have sex with wife. As I’ve gotten older, lost sensitivity in penis. During ejaculation, feel prostate tighten and start orgasm but no sensation in glans. Just the deep pelvis part, not the feeling as cum blasts through urethra as i cum. I miss being 20. Ejaculate is noticeably smaller. Used to hit the ceiling of my car if i got a blow job. Now, just dribbles out. Feels best when i tell my wife during a blow job that I’m getting ready and she sucks hard as i cum in her mouth. My advice, don’t get older Cialis and viagra, meh.....

Cut 35 years ago. No sensitivity on mine glance. Cut low/tight,normal in Europe, so no innershaft left. Sensitive place is the frenulum and ofcorse THE balls.
Apply a moisturizer on the head for several days/weeks and you'll get it sensitive again.

am 72 years old and masturbate since my 9th year regularly d. H. Every day. That's 63 years. During this time I masturbated for about 27 532 times. Even now I masturbate on average 1.4 times a week. I can not say that it's still a lot of fun. It's still fun.
Since I am 55 years old, I notice that the sensitivity of the glans (glans) decreases.
Each organ responds to stress.
Examples:
Hands are chafing through heavy work.
The soles of the feet become thicker and less sensitive due to Bahrfußlaufen.
The glans (glans) becomes less sensitive by pruning because the skin gets thicker.
Etc.
When masturbating at a mean masturbation frequency of about 12 Hz and a medium masturbation time of 2 min, 27 532 times, the foreskin has been opened about 39646080 times. I think the Glans reacts too.
I still remember how sensitive the glans was at the beginning of masturbation at around 9 years old. The thrill was almost unbearable so that I had to interrupt the masturbation.
This has normalized over time so that I could always masturbate with pleasure.
It was not until the age of 50 that sensibility declined noticeably.
But even now, at 72, I still manage to masturbate with pleasure.
I start with the 3 finger method, i. Middle and index finger on the bottom of the penis and thumb up. If then the excitement potential increases I take as before the whole hand.
As a lubricant, butter has been found to be best over time.

From about 45 years, the masturbation frequency begins to decline. Therefore, I have the exact numbers because I have out of interest a sex diary. So I'm already of the opinion that masturbation is an important and beautiful sexual activity.
However, I now have exactly the same problem, the GM of the Reitz is apparently not sufficient and the penis occurs to me often together. Also, I can get an ejaculation only by subsequent masturbation. Does anyone have similar problems?
The electric masturbation I run about 1-2 times through the month.
To optimally to masturbate could I recommend to remove the frenulum prepuce.
The advantages are:
1 The foreskin can move backwards, thus has a larger stroke during masturbation possible and the foreskin is moving.
2 The penis looks better, because the foreskin folds almost pull back.
3 The penis is easy to keep clean much better.
:)

Not everyone needs to have frenulum removed. Some/many have a frenulum which allows full retraction, and many allow it to go back enough for skin to be smooth on shaft.

With regards to losing sensitivity, you feet get used to being in socks and you walking on shoes and once they are used to it, they don't grow thicker skin. And if you remove shoes and try to walk barefot on rocks, you see how sensitive they still are. Yet, someone who is used to walking barefoot will be able to walk on same rocks without problem.

Translating this to the penis: if you wear underwear that causes a lot of rubbing, your penis will have thicker skin than if you wear tighter underwear with smoother fabric. And once your pneis is used to your normal underwear, it doesn't thicknen any more. (and your brain learns to ignore sensations while wearing your normal underwear as they are deemed normal, but wear different underwear and you are much more awar eof your naked glans. (thati is my experience anyways)

What does change over the years is libido and sex drive. This also dictates how much you feel your penis.

One thing to keep in mind: when you reach orgasm, your glans doesn't develop a gazillion new ner endings that disapear 5 minutes later. It is your brain which takes the normal signals and amplifies them. Simularly, when you are at work and walk up stairs, it is your brain which tones down the sensatiosn of your glans moving in underwear.

So what one perceives as a decrease in sensitivity may come from the brain instead of the actual nerves on glans. (or a combination).

Not sure if I already posted this before.

Going from uncut to semi, I didn't have any fears of loss since I would keep glans mostly covered in underwear. (or so I thought). Eventually I got used to more or less of glans being exposed in underwear and ceased to have erections whenmever skin pulled back.

About 25 years after, I noticed one day how comforable and pleasant it was for glans to be uncovered in underwear. This was the final debate on going for a full circ and the fear of loss was a big item there. There would be an initial loss from going full circ, and I had been told some longer term loss (some said it took 2 yeras other said 10 years).

I was instantly comfortable with nake head in underwear, no loss.
After 2 years, I didn't notice any loss.
After 10 years, I realised I hadn't noticed any loss.

The conclusion I had is that although there would have been no way for me to know, during my semi cut years, my glans became circumcised such that once the full cut was made, it had already had any long term adjustment that would have happened. As semi-cut, there was no way for me to know that my glans was already "circumcised" and would not lose any sensitivit from a full circ.

The biggest change for me would have come during the roughly first 10 years of being semi cut when I had a period of frequent and annoying erections because of foreskin reracting in underwear, but after that time, (and coinciding to my acceptance I was no longer uncut and had had a circumcision), it became a lot more quiet in underwear. Was this a mental adaptation? glans losing sensitivity? or just getting older? I don't know. But since early 30s when this happened, I haven't really notcied much change.

I've been jerking-off daily for over 55 years, and never objectively noticed any glans sensitivity loss. My glans automatically expands as my foreskin is retracted, and it becomes exposed to the air. It takes much more time to achieve a firm erection, but I'm not sure that is due to any sensitivity issues:confused: ...

A couple years ago was at the local nudist beach. Started to talk to a guy whom I wasn't sure f cut or uncut with foreskin retracted. (eventually saw a circ line but wasn't 100% sure). Eventually got to ask him and he was flattered that I thought he could be uncut with skin retracted. Turns out he was cut after all and restored. A biut later, when he got dressed, he pushed his foreskin over and it covered about 3/4 or 2"3 of glans and looked very natural. (and I complimented him on that)

Many "restored" images on the net have unnatural looking foreskin, often because it is all puffy from the stretching. But this guty had a foreskin that looked healthy, thin and natural. (and since it didn't cover all, no artificial overhang where it starts to oook unnatural).

First stop is the prostate bud. The damn thing tends to get bigger with age. And even a little swelling is a lot of change in the hard cock we all know and love. I been there and will forget to take supplements and try keeping cranberry tabs and those ageless males work ok. Remember that your not looking to do anything but keep it healthy not take a horny goat and or viagra if you don't have to. Otherwise, there is a thing called dependence.

Seeing I'm here I'll tell you how I find the sensitivity of my glans. When I first started wanking around 11 years of age my glans was really sensitive. If I took my cock out it was hard instantly and when I rolled my foreskin back it became super hard and my cock head felt like it was going to burst! As soon as I started wanking the sensation was divine and I could have orgasmed very quickly. Not now fifty something years later. The exquisite sensitivity is no longer present and the ability to cum and stay hard afterwards is gone too. My wife tells me her clitoris is the same. Very much less sensitive. The days of wearing tight jeans making her cum are gone and her orgasms are very very less intense. I'm in no doubt sex and orgasms at 60 something are only a poor substitute of what they were like in teens and twenties. Age affects every part of the body including the cock and clitoris. Unfortunately!

No. I suppose it depends on blood supply and the cardiovascular system. Poor circulation will give you less stimulation and sensitivity.

Age does affect the body, ofcourse it does. But state of mind and fitness affect it more.

Attitude, a healthy outlook toward your own body and life.

When young everything was new, responsibilities were easily compartmentalized & orgasm was a foremost priority.
As age & consequences of missed responsibilities increase, as sexual novelty becomes familiar it's all just less exciting
Physical health issues aside, I find the mind is the biggest factor. My mind is always several steps ahead of whatever is happening & if I know what's coming I a) become familiar & only mildly excited & b) my body will only be as aroused as it must be. If my mind finds a situation familiar it will multitask, attentions divided. Gone are the days of full arousal at the slightest possibility since I now know that is not required. For me reduced arousal begets reduced sensitivity in mind & of organs. Keeping fit & always searching for ways to keep things new, unknown & fresh are the best remedies I have found to reduced sensitivity & pleasure.

I'm 53 and uncut and would say that the sensitivity of my glans is about 25% of what it was 10 years ago. Used to able to cum just by rolling the foreskin back and forth over the head, the sensation of penis in vagina was mind blowing, now is nothing special. The inner foreskin now has more sensation than the glans, so I'm glad that still there.
I started using Viagra during the last ten years, and have heard that it's use can cause loss of sensitivity, has anyone else noticed this?
I also read somewhere that the body produces antibodies to the sperm that is absorbed in men that have had a vasectomy, and that may cause loss of sensitivity, i had a vasectomy in my early 30's, any feedback on that. ....

@orly6666 Curious - do you keep the skin covering the glans as your default or rolled back these past 10-20 years?
