This is the very reason I started wearing the senslip that covers your penis. I can tell you from experience that is does make a difference. I have been wearing this everyday for about a year now and I can tell a difference in the sensitivity and well as the color of my glans has slowly changed. Highly recommend it!

I like the concept, but according to their website, the largest size they've got (size 11) is 5. 1/4" (134mm) - 5. 1/2" (139mm).

For some of us that would restrict bloodflow, which can't be good all day.
