Red Light Center's actually been around for quite a while now. I stumbled upon it somewhere in 2007. Unfortunately the free version does not allow you to, ahem, use all the possible interactions that have been built in. Subscribers can do pretty much whatever they like in RLC.

In all honesty I haven't logged in to Red Light Center in the past 5 months.
