You already have a good view at my stomach when you look at the larger pic in my profile. I guess the main question is how I keep it in shape, and the answer is rather simple: Physical activity. Besides my sports hobbys, which mainly involve water, I have an every morning workout routine that I follow: sit-ups, push-ups, knee-bends and shadow boxing. It's nothing extraordinary, and nothing that helps in the short run, but over the years, it's greatly suited to keep you in shape.
Claire, you do have a wonderful set of abs on you. I uploaded a couple of photos to my profile. I'm not going to win by any stretch of the imagination (especially with some of the guys on here), but I am rather athletic and I do work out a bit, so why not. -Z My two cents need to buy a gym membership.
ahhhhhhhhh, abs. So elusive. So difficult to coax out of their hiding space. So sexy. Exercise is key, but for me, it's all about the diet. I know they're there, but any extra poundage goes right to my midsection and covers those abs as fast as a Scooter Libby rats out the president.
