Big difference Cosby was a grown man and drugged woman. Kavanaugh was a teenage boy and didn't drug anyone. Goodness sakes it doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

I find the emerging "boys will be boys" argument troubling. Yes, kids make dumb mistakes, and there's a reason juvenile offenses are treated differently. A teenager who commits a heinous act, but who faces the consequences and makes every effort to amend his ways over the years, shouldn't have to carry that burden his throughout his adult life.

But if the current accusation is true, Kavanaugh has never faced up to his actions, just managed to sweep them under the rug. More importantly, he's actively *denying* them now. If that turns out to be a lie, he has no business being a judge anywhere, let alone on the Supreme Court.

Wrong is wrong.

So in your eyes a teen shouldn't be held accountable for what he did before? Funny how you guys didn't believe that when it came to Trayvon Martin. His prior actions told you all you needed to know.

I do know that Obama had choked a small businesses with regulations and other businesses were running for the Border because of his taxes. Also do know that the GDP was 2.2 under Barack Obama and declining I believe last quarter on the President Trump was 4.1. The economy is better than it has been in years I see more help wanted signs and it appears that there are more jobs and people to work them. Barack Obama was a socialist he wanted capitalism to fail. He has zero concern about jobs. He's just a loser trying to take credit for what President Trump has done. You guys can try to sugar coat it all you want Barack Obama was the worst president in history. And with the declassification of spying on Americans and the fisa court paperwork you will see another side of Obama. The filthy socialist who wants complete control.
Hmmm ... sounds like more Russian bot garble. Exactly which business did Obama choke? Was it a real choke hold, wrestling style or did he just choke with hands around the neck?

Russian troll bot ... garble, garble ... nothingburger ... blah, blah

Trump is the tallest Oompa Loompa I've ever seen, gotta give the orange man props for that.

Then he could say that - "I did it, I regret it, I've grown from the experience," etc. He was old enough that if he was black, poor, and tried to grab money from a store he could have been charged as an adult and sent to an adult prison. He doesn't get a pass for being a rich white boy with access to a high dollar, faith based education.

You are speaking as if he's guilty. A person is innocent until proven guilty. So far she has the opportunity to testify before the Senate judiciary committee. And as of yesterday she has not told them that she would do so on Monday. It kinda speaks volumes that she hasn't.

And yes boys will be boys. You should know that. The burden of proof is on her not him.

Reread some of your past posts. They, along with this post, prove you're a hypocrite.

I promise I will not engage the troll known as DaisyMay1 again. I know this will likely anger her seeing as how it's another example f how she is unable to keep a man's interest but I'll do my part to hopefully make her disappear.

Anyone that wants to spar with her feel free :p I applaud those that have the patience.

So you agree that the GOP was shady when they stalled Obama's pick for 400 days (and I do believe you were a LPSG member then so why no rant against their actions?) but cry foul when Trump's pick waits a few weeks?

Not only did they stall Obama's SCOTUS pick, but in anticipation of a Hillary victory, these fkrs were actually talking about NEVER filling the vacant seat.

The latest Kavanaugh development:

Letter From Kavanaugh/Ford Classmate Claims 'This Incident Did Happen'

"... from a woman who knew Kavanaugh, Judge and Blasey Ford and claims that the attack did happen, that "many of us heard about it in school," and that it was talked about for days afterward."

Meanwhile those of the "good ol' boys" CLUB are circling their wagons:

Breaking: ANOTHER Witness, Patrick J. Smyth, Refuses To Testify Under Oath [UPDATE: Many more...]

While TRYING (and failing miserably) NOT to look like the "good ol' boys" CLUB:

Republican men want female staffers questioning Christine Blasey Ford to avoid looking bad on camera

IWhat's the rush? Garland waited 400 days, how did you feel about that?

Well hold on a minute there. You can't do to us what we do to you.

Not only did they stall Obama's SCOTUS pick, but in anticipation of a Hillary victory, these fkrs were actually talking about NEVER filling the vacant seat.

How about that for American values? They can say fuck the Constitution any way we can but those losers on NFL better stand for the National Anthem!

Point of order. The judiciary committee received more documentation on Kavanaugh than any other perspective justice.

But not 100,000 pages from his time in the Bush White House. Also some 42K documents arrived the night before the hearing.

Trump’s mental health: an interview with Bandy Lee, the psychiatrist who says WH officials called her for advice.

Last April, Dr. Bandy Lee, a Yale School of Medicine forensic psychiatrist, organized a conference called Duty to Warn about what she and some colleagues considered the necessity of alerting Americans to the threat posed by the mental health of Donald Trump. Out of this conference came a book put together by Lee: The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 27 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President.

Bandy Lee: So they called me, two separate phone calls, stating essentially the same thing: that they were scared of President Trump’s behavior and felt he was mentally unraveling.
