That's just what he does ... keeps his base angry, scared and agitated. It's very difficult to understand how anyone falls for his bullshit.
Nah they know he's racist. They just don't like it being pointed out.

They all love that he's a racist
He doesn't even get the hypocrisy in what he's saying either. His entire MAGA slogan supposes that America is not great anymore. Yet he's criticizing these women for essentially the same thing he's saying. He wants to go back to blatant racism and all the brown people knowing their place. And progressives want to move the country forward.
Its all blatant redmeat to the base. And people wonder why minorities aren't just "grateful" and loving the economy. Voting for clear racists, who over and over gain show you who they are and that you are one misstep away from being told "go back to where you come from". I would argue every minority growing up has heard the same horseshit from racists all their life. It is textbook racist catchall when you think the minorities are being uppity and ungrateful.

"Uppity" sums up the underlying reason they hated Obama.

Since three of the four Members of Congress were born in the USA, I actually have to agree that the current government of their native country, the Trump administration, is "a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world"

The president of the United States on Sunday urged some women in Congress to go back to the countries from which they came. The problem — beyond the nasty historical overtones of such a sentiment, of course — is that three of the four women about whom he appeared to be talking were born in the United States.

Trump’s tweets on these kinds of things are often somewhat carefully crafted — enough to give him some plausible deniability. But it’s pretty clear this one was directed at three American-born congresswomen, as well as one refugee-turned-lawmaker, otherizing them and urging them to return to countries in which they weren’t born.

Fox & Friends read back the tweets, laughed, then said he's making an important point. Vile times.

More confirmation of the dangerously MALIGNANT PSYCHOSIS of "Individual 1":

Brit Ambassador Charged That Trump Killed Iran Deal Because It Was Obama's: Report

"Britain’s now former ambassador to the U.S. was convinced last year that President Donald Trump scrapped the Iran nuclear pact in part simply because it was forged by his White House predecessor, Barack Obama, according to another leaked diplomatic memo.

Sir Kim Darroch declared that Trump’s actions amounted to “diplomatic vandalism,” the Daily Mail reported on Saturday, quoting the cable."

Well yes this weekend, mark it down, Trump left zero doubt what he is.... "his truest nature is simply being revealed, again and again...."

Donald Trump keeps trying to convince any disbelieving holdouts that he is a raging racist. At least, that’s how I imagine his motives. In truth, it is more likely that his truest nature is simply being revealed, again and again, and he is using his own racism to appeal to the racism in the people who support him.

======

White people and whiteness are the center of the Trump presidency. His primary concern is to defend, protect and promote it. All that threatens it must be attacked and assaulted. Trump is bringing the force of the American presidency to the rescue of white supremacy. And, self-identified Republicans absolutely love him for it.

We are watching a very dark chapter in this nation’s history unfold in real time. We are watching as a president returns naked racism to the White House. And we are watching as fellow citizens — possibly a third of them — reveal to us their open animus for us through their continued support of him.

Trump Campaign Official Claims People Are ‘Lying’ About Trump’s Racist Twitter Rant

“Anyone who says the president told members of Congress to go back to where they came from is lying,” tweeted Wolking, communications deputy director of Donald J. Trump for President. “He told them to ‘Then come back and show us how it is done.’” Wolking’s tweet included a screenshot of Trump’s message in which he clearly writes: “Why don’t they go back” to the “crime-infested places from which they came.”

So the media is "lying" for reporting exactly what he tweeted, which anyone can read for themselves. Because he also said they can come back?

No mention that they were all born here in the first place except Ilian Omar who came and became a citizen. That's just fucking embarrassing lol.

That's because they know they can do whatever the fuck they want, say whatever the fuck they want, then LIE to their fkng faces about it. And their zombie CULT CONSTITUENCY will BELIEVE IT.

They lied about the tax cut, about lowering prescription costs, about who'd pay for the wall, about protecting the environment, about the concentration camps, about the census, about their collusion with Russia, about a better healthcare plan.... etc. etc.

LYING IS WHAT THEY'RE BEST AT.

The silence of Republican leaders appeared to suggest either that they agreed with the views expressed by their standard-bearer or that he has so effectively consolidated his control over their party that they have grown disinclined to voice dissent.

Republicans are quiet as Trump urges minority congresswomen to leave the country

The whole thing is not rocket science or string theory.

The GOP has only the super wealthy and the big corporations as constituencies, who they pamper with tax cuts, deregulation and outright corruption. Although this brings in money, it doesn’t get them any votes.

That's the job of Trump, he scraps up the moral bottom of society with fear mongering, white supremacy, xeno- and homophobia, bigotry, cruelty against minorities and the poor, nationalism and good old racism.

Without Trump the GOP has not the votes to stay in power. Actually the GOP needs Trump more than he needs them. This is why they sold their souls and this is even once Trump is gone they cannot let go of Trumpism which has is just a breath away from Nazism which wasn't so bad was it?

LONDON — Lawmakers and commentators abroad expressed shock and disgust Monday after President Trump targeted Democratic minority congresswomen in tweets over the weekend and told them to “go back” to their countries.

On U.S. soil, the tweets prompted outrage, with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) branding Trump’s string of remarks as “xenophobic comments meant to divide our nation,” and Democrats defending those believed to be at the center of Trump’s fury: Reps. Ayanna Pressley (Mass.), Rashida Tlaib (Mich.), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.) and Ilhan Omar (Minn.).

While Republicans largely avoided commenting on the president’s statements, lawmakers around the world did not.

British politician David Lammy branded Trump’s comments “1950s racism straight from the White House” and called for Boris Johnson, who is in the running to replace Theresa May as prime minister, to condemn the remarks.

“The President of the United States telling elected politicians — or any other Americans for that matter — to ‘go back’ to other countries is not OK, and diplomatic politeness should not stop us saying so, loudly and clearly,” tweeted First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon.

“Trump’s racism is sickening. Any European politician who fails to condemn this has questions to answer & should be ashamed of themselves,” wrote Belgian politician Guy Verhofstadt.

In Germany, commentators condemned Trump’s remarks on Monday. To rely on “ugly sentiments,” wrote the Süddeutsche Zeitung daily newspaper, has “long become part of his strategy.”

Meanwhile his party signals their approval via their silence.

Of course. It shouldn't be like pulling teeth to say that's racist stop it.

And then they wonder why "the blacks" don't vote for them. "What have we got to lose" voting for racists that call us sons of bitches if we take a knee for police brutality. Or get too uppity and want policy changes they don't agree with then we need to go back to Africa.
But that's not racist though it's just the president being "comedic" according to fox news

Trump, the GOP, Foxy News et al. know how to play the game. Don't name what you're doing that's bad form. Just do it. Their voters are open and approving of the rhetoric and the actions both deplorable and violent that could be the end result. 90% approval is about a blinking green light as you can get.

The more they defend this pos, the more they confirm that THEY are exactly WHAT we always KNEW they were.

Here are just SOME of the racist FKRS defending this SLEAZE:

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.):
On Fox & Friends, Graham defended the president by calling Ocasio-Cortez and the rest of The Squad anti-American and anti-Semitic communists.

Trump 2020 campaign deputy communications director Matt Wolking: Wolking emphasized that the president said that the congresswomen should “come back” after telling them to “go back” to the countries they came from

Acting US Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Ken Cuccinelli: Asked by CNN on Monday morning if he thought the tweets were racist, Cuccinelli claimed he hadn’t seen the tweets yet: When pressed, he says the racist tweet isn't racist.

Rep. Andy Harris (R-Md.): Harris told a reporter that Trump’s tweets “obviously weren’t racist” because the president was telling the congresswomen to go back to their home districts, not countries

Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.): Blunt also backed the president, but skirted the question of racism and instead attacked the Democratic Party

Marc Short, chief of staff to Vice President Mike Pence: Short went on to Fox News to let viewers know that Trump can’t have “racist motives” because he appointed Elaine Chao, who is Asian American

Brit Hume: Then there’s this academic argument from Fox News’ Hume that Trump’s tweets don’t meet the “standard definition” of racist

Bill Mitchell: The worst defense came from Mitchell, a right-wing radio host, who argued that Trump’s tweets weren’t racist, and you’re racist for thinking that
