Russian President Vladimir Putin has a long record of invading countries, funding proxy wars, crushing dissent, and violating human rights. When the United States denounces these crimes, Putin, like his Soviet predecessors, accuses us of hypocrisy. But in this propaganda war, Putin has an ally his forebears never enjoyed: ... Trump says he didn’t bring them up because he didn’t believe the intelligence.

Watchdog says Trump campaign paid $170 million to companies set up to hide spending.

Sitting on a huge pile of cash, the Trump campaign has deployed sleight of hand tactics to obscure where it’s going, according to an FEC complaint filed by the Washington-based nonpartisan group Campaign Legal Center.

The complaint alleges that the campaign has paid as much as $170 million to Trump-allied intermediaries, skirting federal disclosure rules that, by law, require campaign expenditures over $200 to be itemized and the recipient disclosed.

Two entities in particular raise red flags: American Made Media Consultants and Parscale Strategy, both of which, the complaint says, were established and operated by Trump campaign aide Brad Parscale.

Parscale worked for the Trump Organization before being brought on in 2016 to help the campaign’s digital effort; until recently, he was the campaign manager of the reelection bid.

The gist of the Trump grift is that these clearinghouse companies receive large payments from the Trump campaign for a myriad of vague political consulting services, including fundraising, digital this or that, print and online advertising, list rental, you name it.

But who knows exactly where the money is going; once it’s been paid out the door to a consultant, then it’s hard to track.

There have been reports that Trump children and other assorted hangers-on are paid as notional campaign staff through the two companies, instead of from the campaign directly, obscuring how much they’re making off the campaign.

• Donald Trump was given a direct one-on-one briefing on how Russia is funding Taliban militants in Afghanistan over a year ago.

• He received a direct daily brief on how Russia was offering bounties for the murder of American troops over five months ago.

• Since that date, Trump has spoken to Vladimir Putin at least eight times. That includes a call made last week, well after the public became aware that Russia has both offered, and paid out, for the murder of U.S. forces.

But in all the times he’s talked with Putin, Trump hasn’t seen fit to discuss how Russia is paying for American deaths, and for the Taliban to keep Afghanistan in turmoil so that the United States can’t withdraw its remaining forces. And in a Tuesday interview with Axios, Trump left absolutely no doubt,

“I have never discussed it with him.”

White House officials are still claiming that Trump hasn’t been briefed on the Russian bounty story because the NSA disagreed with the CIA over the strength of the evidence. However, the strength of the evidence appears to be overwhelming.

Not only has the United States received reports that Russia was offering Taliban militants a bounty for the murder of U.S. and allied forces,

there is also direct evidence that these bounties have been paid. That includes a raid on individuals in Afghanistan who were involved in moving funds between the Kremlin and the Taliban.

It has been pointed out that he has no authority to do that.

However

Here is what he can do

Or more accurately can have done for him

States that have Trump Lackey's for governors , Desantis in FL, Kemp in GA, Abbott in TX, Doochey in AZ can and I think it is at least 50/50 will do the following

Some time in October or late September, about a day or two after the deadline to request/apply for an absentee ballot announce, using the virus as their excuse that early voting will either be flat out eliminated or scaled WAY back, less number of days, no weekend days, no after hours, not even full days during normal business hours and less location and for sure no "well as long as you were in line at closing time" provisions followed by on Monday the day before again citing the virus canceling in person voting the way more than a few states canceled their primaries.

Now "technically" an election will still get held on that Tuesday but the ONLY votes will be from Absentee ballots and they will bet that as per normal absentee voting will favor the R's and ensure Trump wins those states and also the 4 Senate seats in question stay R rather than flip to D

Trump's plant at the USPS is already plotting to make sure his boss wins. Trump installs a lackey to throw a wrench into the postal service. The changes prompt postal workers to quit so there are many fewer carriers. Result? Millions of ballots are delayed for the election, both getting delivered to voters and getting returned. Just another way to suppress voting. And I bet the reductions will be precisely targeted at democrat voters.
