I too went with made to measure condoms for a while as I found most of the shop bought ones way too tight. The tightness was absolutely awful. Made them harder to put on, harder to reach ejaculation and when I did cum...oh my god the pain! The pressure in my urethra from the semen trying to force its way through a tourniquet (the tight band of the bottom of the condom). The made to measure solved this but they really did feel like trying to fuck through a wellington boot.
As a result of this I did a bit of research and found, what are apparently, the condoms lots of porn used to use. Whether or not this is true doesn't matter, point is, I tried them. I was dubious at first because they weren't listed as being anything other than a regular size and although the length is generous enough, as you can see from the picture, the girth isn't anything special...insert picture...they look like this.

What this picture doesn't tell you though is how well they stretch. I'm just shy of 6" around and I find them a breeze to put on and completely pain free when in use. The best part? I can feel stuff again with them on. The first time I used one I kept having to pull out to make sure it hadn't broken or fallen off. I don't roll them all the way down my dick though, like you typically do. What I do is unroll like a half an inch to an inch, you know that first bit that confirms you've got the thing on the right way up, then I get my fingers under the band pull it wider than my dick, unroll the thing to the base of my dick with it stretched wide, then release it around the base of my dick.
