As a woman my experience with Black men has been that they tend to allude (if not come right and said at times - the younger braggarts anyway), certainly never deny, that they have large penises. Your experiences aside as a Young black person the majority of the times ive ever heard the phrase it was from someone who was not black. while i dont think many other black people would deny the phrase it is generally people, in my experience that are not black that say things like this. and as for the use of bbc i have never heard in a non porn real life situations heard a black person use this before. the only people that ive ever heard say bbc were all non black people using it to compliment a black guy or wing man a friend.

Any stereotype negatively impacts everyone. I've seen it throughout the gay community - blacks, Asians, fems, etc. People on both sides of a stereotype click into it without thinking too much - "He's black, he's big," "He's Asian, he's small,". Wow that just is terrible I know a few Jewish people but I think the instance of that happening is really really low. And even then wearing something is different from yelling out racist things.
