In our state, the state police routinely drive over the speed limit, even when not on duty. If they are in a regular car, they just show their license shownig that that are employeed as state police and presto, they get no ticket.

I don't think it is right for the state police to drive 20 miles over the speed limit just because they are in a hurry and there is no police emergency.

And there may be a caravan of cars going the same rate of speed and one car is singled out and that driver is givem the ticlet. Doens't sound fair at all.

Around here, if you are &#39;going with the flow&#39; on the interstates, the police generally ignore you. They love to pick out the lane weavers and the idiots passing on the right at 20-30 mph faster than the general flow. I say go get&#39;em&#33;
