I have been going through girth enhancements. The doctor believes 6 to 6.5 inchs is the ideal girth range that his patients go to with their wives input. My wife is a petite women with average vagina.

I always thought 6 inche girth was way huge for a women but I am now at 6.5 inch girth and she likes it. We plan to go to 7 inch girth. My wife is not loose and feels like most all I have been with. I now believe 6.5 inch girth is probably highly likeable by most women in general. Your commit is exactly correct. It is based on dildo models. I have never heard a women say a dildo feels like the real thing. Second, were these dildos ranked via handfeel or insertion. If by insertion, we're they ranked simply by the largest that could comfortably be inserted? And like the other poster stated, the author made sure that average was unsatisfactory. I think most women would disagree with that.

What size do women prefer is always a bit of a silly question for the simple reason that someone's preference largely depends on their own experience, body shape or how they prefer to have sex. It depends largely on how experienced they are, how old, whether they have given birth or not, previous partners, etc.

One of the studies that in my opinion gives the most honest answer was published on the PLOS site and was conducted a bit more scientifically. Their result:

"Women preferred a penis of slightly larger circumference and length for one-time (length = 6.4 inches/16.3 cm, circumference = 5.0 inches/12.7 cm) versus long- term (length = 6.3 inches/16.0 cm, circumference = 4.8 inches/12.2 cm) sexual partners." You can take that with a pinch of salt or on face value whichever way you like. Truth is that the majority of women really don't go for big cocks in the same way that guys seem to think they do. Simply because in general women don't obsess as much about cock size as guys do.

This whole thread is wrong on many counts. Item #1: This chart cannot be verified as reflecting real data. No one can prove it. Item #2: ALL women have different preferences. Personal chemistry, emotions, sexual technique, and her personal anatomical uniqueness go into an excellent sexual fit. Item #3: There are women who can orgasm from penetration alone, but they are in the minority. There are women who HATE having the cervix hit by a dick. There are women whose vaginal orgasms are triggered in the front 2"-3" of the vagina. Some love deep penetration. Summary: We cannot generalize about female penis preferences.

Yea okay, but really though how much is a point (6.3 - 6.4) even that much of a difference? Mine as well not even have mentioned said sizes and just said the prefer average size. I think all studies aim to ease the anxiety in guys.
