Hey this came to me yesterday. And I realized something, our penises today are the strongest that the world has ever seen. Why? Well because our ancestors' penises survived. Chances are if anyone had a weak penis, or damaged it easily, they couldn't reproduce. But by this point in time, only the strongest of the strong penis are around today. Think about it for a second..... Even the doctor I went to said the penis is very, very strong, almost impossible to damage, but much more possible while erect. Thats why I think PE, or other such drastic things done to the penis, MAY make it say have temporary ED. The penis needs to heal and rejuvenate itself and it will be fine. The only other people I think with permanent ED form PE, probably did too much PE and got temporary ED, but thought it was permanent and now they have anxiety about it, prolonging the long gone effects.

But back to the point, the penis itself is what creates the future. And since we are so many years away from the beginning of time, we have some of the best. In further years to come they're will probably be stronger ones. However with the introduction of drugs like Viagra, that might aid in some 'weaker' penises to survive. It also goes to show that size really doesn't matter that much. If today the average range of penises is 5 to 7 inches, well thats what girls like. If they didn't well, then they're only be 10 inch penises around today. Give it a thought. Thanks.

I think that you are mis-applying notions of evolution within humans to penis size. For "larger" cocks to survive, there would have to be a selection pressure. For thousands of years, Mankind has altered his environment so that he can survive, increasing his lifespan over time. Men have also been wearing clothes and protective genital covering for thousands of years, reducing injuries to the penis from the natural environment.

Nutrition and lifestyle are far more important determinants to body shape and size, though. Better diets, rich in proteins in particular, are more directly responsible for larger penis size than evolution. Look at kids today. I would wager that the average penis size of the 18 year old, American male is larger today than 100 years ago, primarily because of diet....

Sadly evolution is not as simple as it might first appear, and what constitutes a selective advantage can be very obscure, I like the brainwave though!

We have evolved larger penises haven't we? (creationists should just fuck off at this point), as I understand it the average human makes other large primates look pretty pathetic in comparison. The implication being that human females selected those larger cocks. That said, it could have gone much further, look at what selective breeding of dogs has achieved, surely if women were as interested in cock size as men are, we would all have 10 inches by now. I'm slowly realising that women just aren't that bothered, or maybe they are a bit but not as bothered as men are.
