If being gay is strictly about sex, then you could marry and have a family with a woman, and no need for romantic intimacy with another man - just sex.

Reread what I said: It isn't JUST about sex. It's about love and the capacity to experience it with another man. I am incapable of falling in romantic love with a woman, because I have a distinct need for that emotional intimacy with a man. I like sex, sure, but eventually sex is no longer going to be in the cards for one reason or another.

The same thing applies to bisexual / pansexual.

NO, it is different for the thousands of bisexual men I had as a sex worker over the years. Almost all liked sex with men but had sex with intimacy only with women. I can't sa y how much of that is predicated on the fact that most women want relationships in order to have sex. Of the many many bisexual men I have met only a handful also fell in love with a guy. They exist and there are three way bisexual relationships but I contend that based on my extensive experience ( I always chatted with tricks about their bi experience) many more bisexual men exist who just want sex with men. The ODD thing is the number of clients I had who claimed to be having their first sex with me and they were middle aged and beyond. For most of their life they could say they were 100% straight, but in the end they were actually bisexual. I think most men are bisexual to some extent. Only in my 30's were most of my clients gay. From 40 until my sixties over 70% of my thousands of clients have been in relationships with women.
