thicker than a gatorade top

im a little bit thicker than the top of gatorade bottles, would you consider that thick or average or what? i have a hard time figuring what average thickness is

Measure, report the measurement, and people can answer the question about you in particular. With regarg to what is average, reliable sources indicate that mean midshaft circumference is a bit less than 5 inches. Cheers.

Be aware that on this site people are prone to vaaaaast exaggeration. An average hard girth would be just under 3/4" diameter (so looking down from the top around 1.5"). Like me, some are fatter. Some are thinner. But it really is what you do with it that matters.
