Go to a urologist. Intercourse should not result in pain. Several here might be able to tell you want they think might be the problem, but we're not doctors. If it were my cock that was in pain, I'd prefer a more educated prognosis.

In my experience most Dr.s don't know much about the penis except it is supposed to work all the time.
Any pain in your penis can be serious and you should press what ever Dr you go to for the answer or refer you to some urologist who can.
