    Thief caught on video.... Read then watch
    Just watch how the thief uses the fence as a ladder, instead of it being a barrier.

    You may have to watch this several times as I did to establish how it was done.

    I watched it 12 times...to figure out how they did it....for some reason, I couldn't stop watching....go figure, right?
