Well, im quite close to the weight goal i wanted
154 pounds (70 kg)
but, i could push it a little more and reach
147 pounds (66.7 kg)

im 5 '11 height (180cm)

So what do you think? , should i just get to 154 , or go all
the way to 147 ?, or thats way too low?

Well I'm mid-11 stone (74kg ish) and I'm an ikkle taller so probably look the same and I wish I could put on weight. Wanna give me some of yours? :p

Why do you want to lose weight?

Medically, you wouldn't be too unhealthy. So it's up to you.

The lower weight would still be in the healthy BMI range, but that doesn't necessarily mean it would be healthy for you. At the point you're at now, fat percentage is probably more important than weight.

I've been reading your posts and I know that you worked very hard to loose weight so congratulations. Much of this depends on your body frame size.... see chart attached for men.
However at your height I think you have already reached your ideal weight. But ideal weight is really a personal issue; for me it's the weight that you feel the best and are most comfortable. I am 6'1" and my weight as an adult has varied from 155 lbs to 200 lbs. I am usually 165- 170 lbs and that range is the best weight for me.

Its not about what your total weight is, but what's inside you that matters!

You can be 70 Kg with a high fat %age which is bad ofcourse... and you can 75 Kg with a lot of muscle mass which is actually healthy.. so get your body composition calculated first before you set goals for yourself

Under 70kgs does sound very low for your height, but maybe that's because I'm quite overweight so I don't really know what the 'healthy' range is.

Just make sure you don't lose any weight from that fat juicy dick of yours! :biggrin1:
