I've had a pa for almost 5 years. I'm at an 04 gauge 1" diameter ring. I love mine. I've never had any problems sexually or in healing. It took all of 5 minutes to have it put in. Just watch for a small amount of bleeding for a few days. Keep it clean and use good old fashioned fresh water in the shower. You will heal just fine. Enjoy!

I have had my PA for 6 yrs now and love it. I started with 12g and when to 10g within 6 months. I am currently at a 4g ring.

I only wish I had done it earlier in life.
