Worse is how I feel when I"m soft. It's like between 2-3 inches. I think if I had like a 4 inch soft penis and a 7 inch hard penis I would be satisfied. I think the lengthening surgery can do it. Should I?
No, you shouldn't. Even that the risk factor is very low, there is a risk that your penis will not function or feel like before. And that's mostly irreversible.
For someone who's small an enlargement of 1" can mean a lot - but you're average.
An erect penis between 5 and 6" is average.
A soft one between 2.5" and 4".
So you're in the average range like two third of the men. (1 on 6 is smaller)
There are a lot of ways to enlarge your penis, without risks.

Here comes my "if you are:"
1. If you are overweight ( BMI +25 ) - set your intake lower as your output.
Set a target of BMI 25.0
Can be done easily by just cutting sugar and eating smaller portions. But count the calory intake.
Later on you can search for a healthy diet that suits you.
[ minus 4 pounds a month is a good target - daily calory intake less than 1500 a bad one ]
Search on the net on calory-calculators and buy you a kitchen weighing scale.
For most it will reduce the fatpad and the penis will be more in proportion to the body.
If you are over BMI +30 - take it slow - because the first pounds are easily lost (mainly water).
Your results of gain lost will be more noticable from month to month.
Gaining 1" or more visible penislenght- going from BMI 30 to BMI 25.0-are no exception.
2. If you are a smoker - try to stop. 20 cigarettes a day during a few years can cost you not only money, but also 0.5" of penis lenght.
Mostly, due to a poor erection quality. ( less blood flow to the sexual organ )
Immediate effects of quitting will enlarge your size within 3 months to the original designed size!
If you don't find that 0.5" important, and won't stop smoking, well take at least 180mg vit. C supplement daily, because you need more C, and also smokers don't eat a lot of raw fruit.
3. If you don't do heavy work, go at least for 1H/weekly to the gym, or do squatting with weights at home, or whatever...
It will boost your testosterone-level. May result in some tiny volume enlargements.
4. If you are working mostly inside, or have a dark skin - a vit.D3 supplement during the months with an R in it (Northern Europe) is advisable. ( 10 to 25mcg = 400 to 1000iu )
The D3 has an effect on your testosterone-level, but also in many other processes in your body.
May affect your sexdrive and erection quality in a positive way.
5. If you are 50 or older, then a Zn supplement of 10 to 25mg/daily is advisable.
Zn has also an effect on your testosterone-level, and it will increase your load.
And any gain in erection quality is an enlargement in penis volume, how tiny it is.
At last - try to have sex once a week, no matter how fat, unfit or old you are.
Not the 1,2,3" promises that you read on the net. But surely effective at a low cost and without risks.
Don't go for the enlargement-pills - they mostly contain L-arginine, Zn.
Zn you can buy that very cheap - overdose doesn't help.
L-arginine has some benifits but it's not needed for a healthy being.
All those pills and creams are very overpriced (factor 10), and a business.
If they could do that, where are all those 8"-ers?
