thinking about saline injection

okay it's bad enough having a small dick,but tiny nuts is just the ultimate insult,how about saline injection in the scrotum,how long can i enjoy this pleasurable increase before it wears off?,do i do this myself,where can i get info?

Well if it hurts even a fraction as much as getting an injection of local anaesthetic in the knackers I'd give it a miss.

The Doc fucked up my first two vasectomies and it bloody hurts just getting the jab in the nuts.
