I think you and many others are confused about electro stimulation.....there is no electric shock or anything like that. If you've ever been to physical therapy/rehab, and been hooked up to a muscle stimulator/tems machine....well its the same thing. It causes the muscles to contract and relax, and is very pleasurable. I've never tried what that guy is doing, but I'd sure as hell love to give it a try

I haven't tried that particular attachment, but electro is fun. It doesn't hurt as long as you don't go up too high, but that can be fun too. I've tried the cockring and the anal electro. PM me if you have any other questions.
