The notion that *everyone* is bisexual is highly unlikely. This allows no room for those who have either no attraction to the same sex, no attraction to the opposite sex, or no sexual attraction at all. The numbers and percentages can be argued ad infinitum but it's preposterous to deny their existence.
What doesn't wash in Dr. Sue's article is the notion that a dominant/submissive scene is about serving but ignores the fact that serving can absolutely be a sexual attraction. She seems to be trying very hard to separate submission from sexuality.
