Why morning people rule the world | Life & Style

My sister is raring to go in the morning, she's really active in the morning and an early riser no matter what she did the previous night.

On the other hand I'm basically in a coma until about 4 or 5 in the evening and then I come alive with energy and creativity.

Which are you? Morning or Evening person?

Definitely morning! Despite any 'late night' activities i may have taken part in, my alarm always goes off at about 5, albeit some mornings are harder to face than others. But i'm generally pretty pleasant and will often smile even through puffy, sleep deprived / 'glue-fused' eyes.

I'm a "Morning" guy............I like to get up at 5 when it's still dark. It's my favorite part of the day.

Absolutely a morning person, doesn't matter when I go to sleep I know I will be up around 5.30/6am every morning.

I'm a morning person but it has it's limits. 6:00 am flights that require to you to check in at 4:00 am that require you to depart to the airport at 3:00 is just pushing it.

    Clearly also a morning person:biggrin1:
I soooo love a pleasant disposition like this one at 7:30 AM... it gets all my creative juices (and some others) flowing...

What do you get when you cross a black mamba with a fifteen foot alligator? Me, before 1pm.

Definitely an evening person. I get up around 1pm (if I don't have to get up for uni or something) and go to bed around 4am (sleep around 5am). And I'm not really alive until 5 or 6pm.

Admittedly, i only read the article after my first post (what with being a 'pro-active' 'take-charge' morning person and all, i was swamped with work) and realise that only some of the observations and commentary is comparable with my personality type. For starters, i've always felt far more creative than practical/logical.
That being said, the hours i tend to keep are far from the norm (if such a thing exists) and i often find that i'm up early (+/- 5 A.M) most days...weekends included and often only get to bed after 2 or 3 the next morning.
After a few days of 'running hot' like this, i tend to crash and pass out shortly after getting home (normally around 7:30 or 8) after work. I find that i just need to 'rest' my eyes for 10 minutes... only to find myself waking up to my 5 A.M alarm clock. ;)
It feels like one of those days today....YAAAAWWWWWNNNNN!!!!

I am such a morning person.
I`m usually up at 5-5:30. And I love to have my first coffee with LPSG chatters.
Nothing wakes me up better than being called a "monkei-boi", I quote.
Love the morning, love the people I have my coffee with;)

Sooooooooooo NOT a morning person. I used to work 2nd shift a lot and then go to the bar until it closed and that was when I was 19 and 20.

I can be a morning person if the situation demands; however, I enjoy staying up late and sleeping in if possible.

Those flights mean a late night for me and sleep on the plane.

I am an 05.00 man as Luka will attest :biggrin1:, but then I often stay out till then as well.

Ideally I like to get up and on early, have lunch sex and a siesta, do a bit more work 5pm to 8pm, and then go out.
