...that the president should stop blaming the previous administration for the current state of the union. He said that it is "classless", people are tired of it, and no matter what happened before President Obama took office, the state of this country is ultimately his responsibility now, so he should stop kvetching about it. Hm.

Sooooo, it was okay when the Bush Administration blamed 9/11 on Bill Clinton, even though it happened on President Bush's watch? The bank bailout that started the downfall of our economy occured during Bush the 2nd's tenure, but the current President should suck it up and take the blame? Oh my LORD...

I just damned near ruined a new Bravia with a wine glass. Good thing the anger killed my aim. Thanks, CNN.

That's odd - I thought CNN is usually in the center or slightly left of center when it comes to politics. Tee&A, do you know who exactly who said f*ckmunch was that you saw?

He was part of a panel on Larry King that included Ben Stein and Penn Gillette. He said he had a radio show.

I will go on CNN's website and try to pull up the episode.

I get my national news fix from the streaming ticker on Yahoo, not Fox, HLN, MSNBC, or CNN. Frankly, I don't trust any of their asses, liberal, right-wing, left-wing, chicken wing or otherwise.Yesterday I just flipped through the channels and happened upon what I posted.

Yeah...pretty much. When you spend almost ONE TRILLION dollars to "fix" the economy...you sure as hell own it.

AND...the libs have had control of the purse strings since 2006...

Bbucko just turned to me and said, "What the fuck is a Bravia?"

    I had to admit I didn't know.

Perhaps our M-G needs another cocktail to really get WTF the OP means.

Of course the media always dictate the message; if not, who else would?

Tee&A, use that anger and tell people to go out and vote. That's what I'm doing every time I read or hear something like this. It's truly amazing how short peoples memories are.

Of course. Because under George W. Bush we had no deficit and China didn't own our asses. Of course. It all makes sense now...

And if by libs you mean democrats, it's all their fault then, isn't it? Because George W. Bush never used his Executive Power or good old-fashioned fearmongering to undermine Congress and get his merry way. Right.

...You do know that Kool-Aid you're a'sippin' contains cyanide, don't ya?

    Where am I wrong?

P-BO said that if we didn't pass the stimulus bill...unemployment would go over 8%.

So...the HUGE bill was passed...and unemployment went to ~10%. That bill to save the economy did NOTHING.

And the dems have had control since 2006...fact....and on top of that...for a good while after P-BO was elected, they had a super-majority...and they still couldn't get anything done.
