The guy in a tank top is Lark Larson. Tiny cute twink did movies a few years ago, not doing them any more.
The other guy is Hans Ebson, who still pops up every now and then, but isn't as cute.
Can't immediately identify the name of the film though.
ETA: Just checked - films the two have been in together are "First Experiences" by Pacific Sun, "Frat Boys on the Loose" by Regiment and "Skateboard Sliders 3" by Tribal Pulse.

yea...I don't see it...with either of them. Even with one of them opening in undies (and a guy in undies is...yeah), but nothing. just saying, but if a hot chick were thrown in the mix it might work.
