If you watched the anime it clearly states some of the characters there as 13-14 year olds. Even if you haven't watched the anime, seriously, just look at them. They look like little kids.

Technically, Naru (the girl having sex) is also 17 but yeah I guess they could say "Oh it's a year after bla bla bla". Fine, but Kaolla and Shinobu are most certainly still underage.

Because age of consent =/= legal age to appear in porn. Whereas if animation/hentai is purely fantasy, they can do away with such things. And people don't "Appear" in toon porn. Would you see animations like this made commonly in the States where it's not considered normal because of the age? Didn't think so.
If you bumped up the said age (Consent or legal) to 21, you'd see far fewer teens. Hence why I asked the question.
